Trak is a rapper / songwriter originally from Egypt, based in Toronto, Canada. A true lyricist at heart, he capitalizes on his love for different music genres and cultures to mesh and fuse between them.
Known for utilizing multiple flows with an abrasive, honest tone — never allowing for a boring moment. The throughline is honesty: abrasive when it has to be, intimate when it counts, always built to translate across whichever city is playing it back.
Since picking up a mic, Trak has released the full-length LP Faded Frequencies and a run of singles — Whip, Way Down, On Me, Tales, Motto, and Cheddar & Groupies — capped by 2025's Ruckus, pulling in coverage from HipHopDX, HipHopCanada, Red Bull, Plastic and beyond. On stage, he's performed at the Yasalam F1 festival and opened for Sean Paul and Hoobastank.
